From hobby, turned obsession. Since 2016 I’ve had the passion for fitness. It started with small goals, losing weight, getting in shape. Over the years that has now evolved to being a competitive bodybuilder in the NPC.
In the last 9+ years I’ve culminated knowledge in bodybuilding training, posing, powerlifting, strength training. diet & nutrition, and health supplementation.
In 2022, I started VGRS FITNESS. Since then I’ve helped over 70+ individuals from all walks of life tackle their fitness goals with data driven, science-backed practicess, and unique anectodal experiences.
From weightloss, body recomposition, health optimization, bodybuilding training. I’ve helped beginners, and intermediate lifters make best of their diet, nutrition, and training.
